Francine O'Brien

Kiowa & Apache Nations

Francine O'Brien is a leader among the Native Americans from the Kiowa and Apache Nations. She and her husband lead White Buffalo Ministries with Grace Covenant International.

For many years Fran has been a strong prayer intercessor for the First Nations. She is involved in All Tribes Prayer for Global and Native America.

Fran has led teams to provide VBS for native American churches in Oklahoma for over 10 years. She has also coordinated Women Warrior gatherings with Native speakers and also helped with Awakening the Giant gatherings.

In 2025, Francine served as a key leader and organizer for the White Buffalo First Nations Day of Honor that was held in Kansas City. The event brought First Nations leaders together from across the country and Canada. White Buffalo will be hosting another event in Kansas City in the spring of 2026 with the mission to bring more leaders together for a time of honor.

Francine resides in St. Joseph, Missouri with her husband Tim and they have a son and a daughter and 3 grandchildren.
