Myron is half Navajo through his father's side and half Comanche through his mother's side; he is of the Naałání (Comanche People Clan) born for Tó’áhání (Near The Water Clan), his maternal grandfather's clan is Naałání (Comanche People Clan), and paternal grandfather's clan is Tł’ááshchí’í (Red Cheek People).

Myron served in government as the Vice President of the Navajo Nation.

He has been an entrepreneur for over 35 years. He first worked for fortune 500 companies and went on to own several businesses including Ace Hardware stores and Church’s Chicken restaurants.

Myron is an ordained Minister and the pastor at Gateway Community Church.

He resides Window Rock, Arizona and has 3 children, 2 sons and a daughter. He also has 2 grandchildren.
