Apostle Ray Garcia grew up in the streets of Brooklyn, New York. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Army. In serving his country he was also part of Desert Shield, an operation developed in response to Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait. He was later stationed in Lawton, Oklahoma, where he met his wife, Richelle Darby. In addition to his military career, he also served as a police officer. He has now served in the ministry for over thirty years in several different areas to include Senior Pastor, Evangelist, Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor.
In February of 2014, under strict doctor’s orders to stay home, the Lord gave him the full mission and vision of The Impact Center, an Apostolic Training Center on a mission to fulfill Jesus’ command to train and make disciples of all nations by being a multiethnic and multigenerational center.
Ray Garcia is of the Taíno Tribe of Boriken (Puerto Rico) and his native name is Guato Waribo meaning Sacred Fire Warrior. He is the founder and owner of RezAmerica, established in 2021 to reach the First Nations people by ministering the Word of God to them. The Lord has given him a deep revelation of sonship and his desire is that the Nations would rise up in their identity through Jesus and not just stop at salvation. He has counted the cost of following Jesus’ command and has laid down his life to fulfill the mandate that God has entrusted him with.
Apostle Ray’s constant prayer has been that God would give him the wisdom to lead His people and that we would host the Presence of God correctly.
His Apostolic Alignments are the late Apostle Jay Swallow, Apostle Joan Swallow, Apostle Anne Tate and Apostle Chuck Pierce. He and Richelle’s legacy includes three children, eight grandchildren, and many spiritual sons and daughters.
